Parmigiano Reggiano 100gms
Parmesan cheese is vital for topping and mixing with so many Italian dishes. Developed 1000 years ago by Italian monks looking for ways to store excess milk this cheese was developed. It is very concentrated and high in protein, as such it seems to be devoured especially by vegetarians. We serve a 24 month old parmesan in blocks. We do not grate it as this shortens the life and reduces taste. Made by Parmiggiano.
