Dear Steve

I'm writing to say thank you for a super service and some fantastic foods. The salumeria, for example, is fresher than anything I've bought from Selfridges Food Hall and Waitrose and as good as anything ever purchased locally in Italy - and you and your suppliers are hundreds of miles away!

Your courier is a very pleasant and reliable chap who has been here before - so you can be confident with that end of things.
