Made from 00 flour (the finest ground) and with no additives, the pasta is soft and supple - If you are used to rubbery supermarket filled pasta, you have to try this - you won’t believe the difference. You don’t need strong sauces, just add a little butter or parmesan cheese, to bring out the natural sumptuous flavours. A delicious and impressive meal that cooks in just 2-3 minutes. Tortelloni is the same shape as Tortellini pasta but larger.
