Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, then click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from the UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Sterling or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone (to 01223 507036) or over the Internet using our secure encryption system.

Weighted Items

We will try to supply goods as close to the ordered weight as possible. However we must charge for the amount we send to you.

Shipping And Handling

We currently only normally accept orders for delivery to addresses within the UK. Please contact us to discuss delivery worldwide.

For orders in mainland Britain we will normally dispatch by post within 5 working days of receipt. The delivery charges are £6.99 to UK mainland destinations. For delivery to Channel Islands and overseas please contact us first.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us prior to processing your order.

Delivery Schedule

We check for email and orders during the early evening in the UK. For orders in mainland Britain we will normally dispatch by post within 5 working days of receipt. Experience has taught us that most custormers are happy with this delivery schedule and it enables us to contact you if we need to substitute an item.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices shown include VAT at 17.5% where applicable. Most food items are zero rated.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
