The Tuscan Garden Menu (Vegetarian)

A fresh, vibrant vegetarian spread inspired by the flavours of Tuscany.

Our baguettes are baked fresh each morning and filled with the finest seasonal ingredients from our Italian deli. Each is sliced into easy sharing pieces, ideal for meetings and group lunches.

Baguette Fillings Include:

• Buffalo mozzarella with torn basil, Italian vine tomatoes, cracked black pepper, and a drizzle of our own-label extra virgin olive oil.
• Handmade rocket pesto with mozzarella, crunchy mixed salad leaves, and sun-blushed tomatoes.
• Marinated chargrilled aubergine and peppers with fresh rocket and a sticky balsamic glaze.

Desserts:
A selection of classic Italian treats: Panettone, Cannoli, and Cantuccini.
