A true Italian classic from Siena, this traditional Panforte is a rich, dense confection packed with fruits, nuts and warming spices. With its indulgent texture and beautifully aromatic flavour, it’s an unmistakable taste of Tuscany and a timeless festive favourite.
Made using an authentic recipe that dates back centuries, Panforte is lovingly crafted by gently cooking honey, sugar and spices before folding in candied fruits and whole nuts. The result is a chewy, luxurious cake with a delicately spiced sweetness - perfect enjoyed in small slices.
